BIO: PURGATORY from Cleveland, Ohio need no introduction as every serious metalhead knows that they were easily one of the best U.S. metal bands of the 80's. The intensity, power and aggression they brought to the table were simply unmatched by most of their peers. They formed in 1984 by singer extraordinaire, Jeff Hatrix and the killer drummer Kenny Easterly and starting from their iconic self financed same titled album released in 1985 and continuing with the classic "Tied to the Trax" in 1986, that band had all it takes to become a big name.

After locating all the original band members, we reached an agreement to officially release their very hard to find first EP and their last studio effort, the extremely rare, "Dr Pain" that came out in 1989 on cassette only. Both EP's will be released on single vinyl and CD featuring bonus songs, lyrics, band story and amazing photos of the past.

Be ready to experience mega epics like "Valley of the Shadow of Death", powerful rippers like "Deep into the Red" and "Night Crawler Bitch" and haunting classics like "Mist of Dawn". Everything will be remastered with crystal clear sound that showcases the peak of a band whose legacy will remain intact unto the ages of the ages.
