Next in the series is the electrifying 1983 Staten Island show at the Paramount Theatre, where RIOT returned to their roots, reuniting with their hometown fans. During this phase, the charismatic Rhett Forrester took over vocal duties, following Guy Speranza's departure. Under Forrester’s leadership, the band released two influential albums: Restless Breed in 1981 and Born In America in 1983, further establishing their signature sound and expanding their fanbase.
